Our cows are raised 100% on grass using High Density Grazing.  They are moved to fresh pasture at least once a day, 365 days a year.  

To ensure the highest quality and a consistent, honest product, no outside cattle are purchased.  The calves are born on our 200 acre farm and start nibbling on grass their first week.

Due to the cattle being cared for so well, there is no need for any antibiotics, steroids, chemicals, grain or growth hormone implants.  The cattle are healthy, naturally.
