I am writing this e-mail, to let you know how much I enjoyed the steaks I ate from your pasture raised beef. A few weeks ago, we visited our friends and they gave us some steaks to take with us. 11 years ago, I stopped eating store bought beef because I was having gastrointestinal problems and would get headaches. I haven't had a steak for 11 years until I had one of your steaks from your pasture raised cattle. We recently enjoyed a rump roast....cut it with a fork.....we were both amazed at how little fat there was.  Even after the meat and juices were refrigerated. Quite a feat!  - Retired Air Force in NE Kentucky.

We’re loving the beef! My husband said this beef doesn’t leave him feeling so heavy in his stomach. We had some ribeyes left over from some meat we bought from the store before we got your beef so we used those for some steak fondue and also cooked a sirloin from you.  Everybody agreed that your sirloin, even though it was not a premium cut of meat, was better than the ribeyes from the store.

Do you still have ground chuck available? I gave the family spaghetti and didn't tell them it was store hamburger and they all noticed REAL quick!
