Knight Family Farm

The chickens are protected by a large electric netting fence and a portable open-air shelter.  They look forward to their weekly moves to fresh pasture, complete with new bugs and seeds.

In the winter, deep bedding from local lumber mills is added to their house regularly.  This not only keeps their house fresh and clean, but it also composts and produces enough heat to keep the chickens warm.  The chickens are healthy, naturally.
